A Restored Mill.
A Menu Shaped by What’s Fresh.
The Sycamore is a chef-driven restaurant set inside a restored early-1900s textile mill in historic Pittsboro. Hand-cut steaks, local seafood, and unexpected cuts like ostrich and venison share the table with handcrafted cocktails and live piano — a menu that moves with the chef’s imagination and what’s fresh that week.
The Sycamore serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday. In addition to the main dining room, we offer full service on a first-come, first-served basis at our bar and in the adjacent lounge.

Separate from the dining room, our lounge offers a pool table, a fireplace, and small plates nightly on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservation required.
Live piano plays throughout dinner service, setting the tone for the whole room, with a dedicated Jazz Night every Wednesday. Throughout the year, we also host wine dinners and seasonal wild game dinners with special pairings and limited seating.
